Another podium finish for Brewerton in Finland
31/08/2009Solheim Cup Star Becky Brewerton carded a level par final round 71 to finish seven under par and tied for third place at the Finnair Masters.
Brewerton, who recorded her third podium finish of the season, was the only member of the European Solheim Cup team to compete at Helsinki Golf Club, Finland and finished four shots back from eventual play-off winner Beatriz Recari and Iben Tinning.
Becky continues to lead Europe for total number of birdies with 166 in 43 rounds of golf and kept her great run of form going recording her sixth top ten finish in her last nine tournaments.
With her eyes firmly fixed on topping the European Money List, the result keeps Becky in fifth place with eight tournaments remaining.
